A Walk in My Shoes

Allie's newest thing is playing with shoes.... Actually, she's been doing it for awhile now; however, she normally just wants to eat them. She will now try to put them on, though.  She looked so cute the other day when she was trying to walk in my shoes. She would get so frustrated when it come off of her foot. :) She's a mess.

Just ignore all the junk in the background. Her playroom is also our storage room! :)

On the Road Again...

Allie and I made a trip to Cartersville, GA, for the weekend.  We really had fun spending the weekend with Rachel Scogin! We started our weekend with a Veteran's Day Parade.  She loved watching the band, and, of course, she was dancing as they walked by.  We went shopping at the outlets, played in the yard, visited with neighbors during the (horrible!) Auburn/Georgia game, went on walks, went to church, and enjoyed visiting with Rachel.  Thanks, Rachel, for a great weekend! 

Allie didn't sleep well at all while we were there. She ended up in bed with me in the middle of the night and woke up at 4am both mornings. This Mommy is TIRED.  Here, she was sitting with Rachel and fell asleep while Mommy was getting ready for the day.
